💼 What’s the Role?
As an Indoor Sales Showroom Representative, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition goals by selling products or services to existing and potential customers, and by building long-term relationships. You will communicate with clients to understand their business needs and generate new leads.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails.
- Explain and demonstrate the functions and features of products and services.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the showroom.
- Handle and manage incoming calls.
- Create invoices, delivery notes, and material transfer documents from and to the branch.
🎯 Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
