You will be conducting business in Jordan with this distributor and they will be fully responsible for the service levels you receive and any other business-related topics. We have account managers & field engineers available to support our clients on the construction site for relevant Hilti product demonstrations & trainings as well as to provide the necessary technical support & documentation.

Job Summary
An indoor sales showroom will be essential in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition goals by selling items or services to existing or potential consumers. Communicate with clients to better understand business needs and generate new leads.

Key Responsibilities

Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
Greet customers when entering or leaving the showroom
Manage incoming calls
Print –Create invoices, delivery and material transfers from and to the branch
