Sales and Customer Service Representative

JORDAN, الأردن

 Technik is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Amman. The ideal candidate combines strong sales ability with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing and potential customers to present the company's products and services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  •  Prepare quotations and follow up on orders through to delivery.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, accounting, technical teams) to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills..
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driving license is a plus
