Job Title: Field Sales Engineer – Industrial Team | Amman

Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Field Sales Engineer to join our Industrial team in Amman. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base and delivering tailored engineering solutions to clients in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit existing and prospective clients in the construction sector to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare technical proposals and commercial offers; negotiate and close contracts.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; report findings to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or field sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driving license.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
