Job Summary:
Sakkab Group – Hilti Jordan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Specification Engineer with a strong background in Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Hilti fastening & protection systems with specifiers and customers both from the office and in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build long-term partnerships with specifiers, understanding their needs and influencing project specifications.
• Prepare and review technical specifications and related documentation for various projects.
• Provide technical presentations and product specifications to consultants and clients.
• Support the development and approval of materials and technical submittals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, standards, and methods.
• Track and manage specifications in the CRM, ensuring alignment with project timelines and technical requirements.

Qualifications:                        

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• 2–5 years of experience in specifications, design, or technical sales (preferably in the construction or building materials sector).
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and specification systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Sales Support Engineer

Sakkab Bros. Co. Newport Trading is seeking to recruit a “ Sales Support Engineer ” for a full-time position, as per the following job experience and competency requirements:

1.      Bachelor's degree in engineering or another related field

2.      1-2 Years experience preferable.

3.      Preparing Technical Offers and proposals as per customers’ requirements

4.      Requesting quotations from suppliers when necessary

5.      Liaising between departments in order to serve customer needs

6.      Processing and follow up of received customer purchase orders

7.      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

8.      Proficiency in English language writing and speaking 

9.      Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
