About the Job

Sakkab Group is seeking an experienced Quality Management Representative (QMR) to support quality management, process compliance, internal auditing, and continuous improvement across the Group, while ensuring effective implementation of ISO requirements, company policies, and approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, monitor, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015
• Prepare and execute a risk-based annual internal audit plan covering relevant operational and administrative processes
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled process and compliance audits
• Document audit findings, assess risks, follow up corrective actions, and verify effectiveness before closure
• Coordinate Management Review activities and follow up approved actions
• Monitor quality and process KPIs and prepare management reports and dashboards
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality issues, process failures, control gaps, and performance deviations
• Support departments in improving workflows, strengthening controls, reducing duplication, and standardizing processes
• Coordinate external certification, surveillance, and recertification audits
• Use Odoo / ERP systems and reporting tools to support analysis, compliance monitoring, and evidence-based decision-making
• Use AI platforms and digital tools to support audit analysis, identify process deviations, improve reporting quality, and reduce manual work

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a QMR or in Quality Management / Internal Audit
• Qualification or certification in ISO 9001:2015
• Formal training or certification as an Internal Auditor
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is strongly preferred
• Practical knowledge of ISO 19011
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage where relevant
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Odoo ERP experience is highly preferred
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and management reporting tools
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
