Sales Support Tenders & Special Orders

Sakkab Bros. Co. is seeking to recruit a Sales Support Engineer for a full-time position.

Main experience and competency requirements are as follows:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or any related engineering field)
  2. 1–2 years of experience preferred
  3. Proficiency in written and spoken English
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  5. Basic knowledge of ERP, invoicing systems, and CRM systems
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Main responsibilities:

  • Preparing and submitting technical and commercial offers according to customer requirements
  • Reviewing tender and official inquiry documents to meet customer needs
  • Coordinating with suppliers to obtain quotations and technical information when needed
  • Following up on quotations and purchase orders, in addition to liaising between departments to serve customer needs
  • Processing and following up on customer purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives
