Sales Support Tenders & Special Orders
Sakkab Bros. Co. is seeking to recruit a Sales Support Engineer for a full-time position.
Main experience and competency requirements are as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or any related engineering field)
- 1–2 years of experience preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of ERP, invoicing systems, and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting technical and commercial offers according to customer requirements
- Reviewing tender and official inquiry documents to meet customer needs
- Coordinating with suppliers to obtain quotations and technical information when needed
- Following up on quotations and purchase orders, in addition to liaising between departments to serve customer needs
- Processing and following up on customer purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives
