Field Sales Engineer – Aqaba Region | Construction Market

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Engineer to cover the Aqaba region, with a focus on the construction market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the construction sector and the ability to identify and convert project opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover the Aqaba region and develop a strong client base among contractors, developers, and consulting engineers.
• Present and promote products and solutions tailored to construction and infrastructure projects.
• Achieve sales targets and grow the company's market share in the region.
• Track ongoing construction projects and identify sales opportunities at each stage.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals; negotiate to close deals.
• Provide regular reports on market performance and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Good knowledge of the Aqaba market and southern region.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
