Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and expertise in HRIS systems, employment law, and strategic planning to foster a positive workplace culture and drive HR excellence across the company.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement HR operational strategies, initiatives, and KPI’s aligned with strategic organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
· Oversee recruitment processes utilizing multiple platforms to attract top talent
· Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives
· Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, and other legal requirements
· Administer and manage employee contracts and benefits, and update contracts to the Payroll system.
· Lead and develop a comprehensive performance management process to drive and achieve corporate strategic objectives, which includes regular employee evaluations and feedback sessions in coordination with departmental managers.
· Collaborate with other managers on strategic planning efforts related to workforce development and organizational growth, initiate and lead training programs to upgrade employee skills and capabilities to maximize employee productivity and effectiveness.
· Evaluate, assess, and develop the employee compensation levels and Job grading scales adopted by the company and align these to local market averages and ensure the company remains attractive and competitive to candidates.
· Handle employee relations issues through effective conflict management and negotiation skills
· Oversee the HR management ISO processes, including change management initiatives and process improvements.
· Conduct regular audits on HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practices in human capital management
· Succession planning for high-risk positions through internal candidate development and external bench candidates.
· Develop relationships with universities, vocational training institutes, and other networks of human resources for internship training and sourcing high-quality candidates when needed for full-time, part-time, and project-based jobs and internships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor laws.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience in supervising the HR department or managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and program management techniques
- Ability to analyze and summarize data in a well-presented format to drive strategic decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus (e.g., SHRM-SCP or PHR)
